Account deletion and your data

Delete an app account

  1. Open IconBundler and go to Settings.
  2. Check the account shown in the account section. If necessary, sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Choose Delete Account, read the confirmation, and confirm the deletion.

This requests permanent deletion of that account and its associated data, including its app icons on this device. Other accounts’ icons are kept. Export anything you want to retain before deleting. This action cannot be undone.

If cleanup is still pending

In version 2.30.1, a saved deletion request can remain pending while service providers finish their work. The app keeps a minimal request receipt and retries when you reopen it. Use Retry Cleanup when shown. Authentication being deleted does not mean every provider has finished deletion.

If the app cannot read protected device storage, it may show verification pending instead. Unlock the device and retry. Do not create another purchase to resolve a verification message.

Request a copy or get help

Use the app’s data-export option in Settings, or email support@iconbundlr.com for access, correction, deletion, or export help. Include the app version and a description of the problem. We may need to verify the account before acting. Never send a password, Apple verification code, payment-card number, or private recovery capability.

An export can report missing or pending provider data; a partial download is not proof that every provider was included. We do not email a copy of your personal-data archive automatically.

Website previews and subscriptions

Recovery-enabled web previews use browser-specific receipts, not a website account. Recovery access lasts up to 24 hours. Clearing site data removes your local receipt, but does not itself delete server records. Contact support for help with a preview, and see the privacy notice for storage and retention details.

Deleting an app, account, or local icon does not automatically cancel a subscription. Manage an Apple subscription in your Apple account’s subscription settings.
