By downloading, installing, or using IconBundlr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
IconBundlr is an iOS application that generates AI-powered app icons based on text descriptions. The service includes:
- AI-powered icon generation (limited free tier, unlimited with purchase)
- Export to PNG and Xcode-compatible formats
- Optional cloud sync of icon history
3. Free Tier & Purchases
- Free Tier: 5 icon generations for anonymous users, 7 for authenticated users
- Paid Access: One-time purchase unlocks unlimited generations and watermark-free exports
- Refunds: Handled through Apple's App Store refund policy
- Pricing is subject to change with notice
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use IconBundlr to:
- Generate inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
- Use the service for bulk commercial generation without permission
- Generate icons that violate App Store guidelines
5. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain ownership of text prompts you provide
- Generated Icons: You receive a commercial license to use generated icons in your apps
- App Code: IconBundlr and its code remain our intellectual property
- AI Training: Your prompts may be used to improve icon generation quality
6. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to:
- Filter or reject prompts that violate our policies
- Suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service
- Remove content stored on our servers
7. No Warranty
IconBundlr is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated icons will meet your exact specifications, that service will be uninterrupted, or that icons will pass App Store review (though we optimize for compliance).
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for loss of data or icons, App Store rejection due to icons, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Apple's App Store terms.
