1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms describe the conditions for using the IconBundlr iOS application ("App") and the iconbundlr.com website, including its icon-preview generator and reference tools ("Website"). The App and Website are referred to together as the "Service". The mandatory rights described in Section 9 remain unaffected.

2. Description of Service

IconBundlr provides AI-powered icon generation in its iOS App, and limited browser previews and reference tools on its Website. The Website does not include the App’s local icon library or iOS export package. The App includes:

AI-powered icon generation, with free allowances and paid options described on the app's purchase screen
Export to PNG and Xcode-compatible formats
A local icon library on your device. Generation still involves server processing, and recovery-enabled requests temporarily use private server storage. See our Privacy Policy.

3. Free Tier & Purchases

App free tier: 3 icon generations for anonymous users, 5 for authenticated (free account) users. Website preview limits are separate and shown on the Website.
Export credits: The five-credit pack is a consumable purchase. One credit unlocks one icon for watermark-free export; it is not unlimited access. Verification and recovery do not create a new pack or replenish credits already spent.
Weekly access: A weekly subscription provides access while active and automatically renews until canceled. The localized renewal price and any eligible trial or offer are shown by Apple before purchase. Do not assume an advertised trial applies to every account.
Lifetime access: This is a one-time, non-subscription purchase, not the weekly plan or a credit pack. Store verification, refunds, service availability, and these Terms still apply.
Before buying: Review the product, local price, included access, renewal terms and offer eligibility on the purchase screen. Options can differ by account, region and app version. Network availability and reasonable service-protection limits still apply.
Refunds: Handled through Apple's App Store refund policy
Cancellation: Manage subscriptions in your Apple Account. Apple's cancellation instructions include regional differences. Deleting the app or an IconBundler account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Existing purchase and consumer rights are not reduced by this notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use IconBundlr to:

Generate inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
Use the service for bulk commercial generation without permission
Generate icons that violate App Store guidelines

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of text prompts you provide
Generated Icons: Subject to these Terms, you receive permission to use, sell, and distribute the icons you generate, to the maximum extent we are able to grant them. Because outputs are generated by AI, applicable law may limit the intellectual-property protection available for them, and similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users. You are solely responsible for reviewing each output and ensuring it does not infringe any third party's trademark, copyright, or other rights before you publish or submit it (including to the App Store).
App Code: IconBundlr and its code remain our intellectual property
Your Prompts & AI Processing: Your prompts are processed by OpenAI under their API data-usage policy; that policy says API data is not used for model training by default. It is not a promise of zero provider retention. Our Privacy Policy describes the service's processing.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

Filter or reject prompts that violate our policies
Suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service
Remove content stored on our servers

7. No Warranty

IconBundlr is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated icons will meet your exact specifications, that service will be uninterrupted, or that icons will pass App Store review (though we optimize for compliance).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss of data or icons, App Store rejection due to icons, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

9. Applicable Rights

These Terms do not exclude mandatory consumer, privacy, refund, or other rights that apply where you live. Apple's terms also apply to App Store transactions. Nothing here guarantees App Store approval, exclusive rights in an AI output, or uninterrupted service.
